We are now looking for a manager to build and operate the B2B SPOC SE. I am Anna-Karin Brandt, and I am leading our Control Center team where B2B SPOC SE team is one unit in the department. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Take the chance to lead the B2B SPOC SE into a new future! In Control Center we are working every hour around the clock to ensure excellent customer experience. We are monitoring and operating the network, service, and customer solutions in all our Nordic and Baltic countries and the international part to provide maximum performance and availability for our customers. Focus for the unit is in monitoring and supporting customers in their Customer solutions in Sweden, both fixed and radio, find the synergies between the technologies and focus on the common cause.

You will initiate and drive activities that will generate quality improvements and you will be a key player in accelerating how we grow and retain customer and stakeholder satisfaction – stakeholders are both internal and external Telia teams as well as country business units. The role requires close collaboration with other units to meet customer needs and manage external relationships, to improve customer experience and secure customer orientation.

Our mission is to always have a clear view of what the state of our services, networks and customer solutions are. This includes having an E2E view of customer experience, performance, security, and system health among other things. To help strengthen our view even more for existing and coming technologies, as well as enhancing our capabilities in proactive work, drive automation and developing our employees to meet the coming demands to run the operation and deliver customer experience.

You will be the manager for a team of 8 in Karlstad, working with daily operations at our monitoring centre for all Services and Customer solutions in B2B SPOC Sweden area. The focus of our operation is to monitor customer solutions and equipment, quickly and effectively manage and ensure consistent operation excellence for Telia Company’s B2B customers. Work in an international atmosphere where your contribution in a high-skilled 24/7 team is essential for the customer experience.

Your experience:

  • Basics of Network, technology, Services, AI and TechOps
  • A background in Customer, IT, Telecoms and mobile services
  • You have university degree in a relevant field or equivalent education

  • Understanding of our industry.
