Together with CGI, Sogeti, Tieto and ÅF, we tested concepts and methods to create greater awareness among ICT companies about equal recruitment.
The companies were continuously invited to lectures and workshops with a focus on attracting a wider target group. An Advisory Board with young IT students from both Karlstad University and Klara Gymnasium participated in our joint activities and contributed their thoughts and expectations for working life.
The concepts and methods we worked with were based on the companies' needs and wishes. Our hope with this venture is to find long-term sustainable concepts and methods to secure a broader base for recruitment.
Here we collect concrete tips, information and inspiration for those of you who see gender equality as a key to successfully attracting today's and tomorrow's talents.
